Rooftop Rest Day

Join us for some rooftop hangs at the top of Nashville’s first skyscraper. Why? Because no one knows what you look like in normal clothes. CrossFit Games Regional competition will be here and we want to hangout with all of YOU! Come up for a view of nashville you cannot find anywhere else and to talk about crossfit all night long with some of the best people we know!
Oh, there’s also a killer view of downtown and food. GOOD food. So if you don’t like people, it’s cool, the carbs will keep you company.
Dress code: You do you. Maybe a little nicer than what you wear to the gym.
