MONTHLY FEES

Trousdale

  • Monthly Unlimited (3-month minimum signup): $175 (plus tax)
  • 3 Days a Week (3-month minimum signup): $125 (plus tax)
  • Access to Trousdale and Charlotte locations: $225 (plus tax)

Discounts: (may not be combined)

  • Family Discount (limited to spouse & children living at home): -$50
  • First Responder (limited to Police/Fire/EMT/Active Military): -$25

Charlotte

  • Monthly Unlimited (3-month minimum signup): $200 (plus tax)
  • 3 Days a Week (3-month minimum signup): $150 (plus tax)
  • Access to Trousdale and Charlotte locations: $225 (plus tax)

[BEAST MODE is a less structured class, not recommended for beginners (We expect all those in attendance to have a minimum of 6 months CrossFit experience and be VERY familiar with all crossfit movements especially olympic lifts like the Clean and Snatch). Beast Mode can consist of 2-3 workouts and sometimes take upwards of 2-3 hours.]


Sunday:

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (Open Gym)
Yoga: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

 

Intro Classes:
**New Members must complete 3 fundamental skill sessions before joining regular classes. We allow a max capacity of 30 people per intro class. We have a waiting list to get into our intro classes that runs month to month. Call or e-mail info@CrossFitNashville.com to sign up on our wait list to attend the next available intro class!**

Intro class participants will receive an email with Date/Time for next available intro class.

**If you are unable to attend the classes, you may arrange to complete all the classes through 2 personal training sessions at a convenient time** ($50 per session)

 

Drop In Rate:
Drop Ins are welcome at the gym. We require you to be an EXPERIENCED Crossfitter to drop in.
$25 - Drop in fee plus a Crossfit Nashville T-Shirt
$20 - Drop in fee only

Charlotte

Effective May 1st 2017 at CFN Charlotte Avenue:

1) Due to lack of attendance we will no longer offer any 11:30am classes.

2) We will add 6:30pm class on Monday and Wednesday to offer more options on our busiest afternoons.
