Teams must complete the following:
6000 Meter Row (500M at a time)
**All team mates complete max reps at each station**
Deadlift (225/155)
Burpee
Box Jump (24/20)
Kettlebell Swing (24/16kg)
Overhead Walking Lunge (45/35#)
Wall Ball (20/14)
Situp (45/35#)
** Once all 6000M is complete**
Run 3200 Meters (400M at a time in pairs)
Score is total Time minus number of repetitions completed (1 rep= 1 second)
