CrossFit Nashville Members Only Team Competition

Who: Only members of CFN are eligible to compete. Register as teams of 2 (M/M, F/F). All members and their families/friends are welcome to attend as spectators. CFN Trainers will serve as judges. Open to both RX and Scaled athletes.What: 1/2 day (8:00am-12:00pm), 3 WOD competition. Free catered lunch for everyone who attends.

- Sign up sheet is on the bulletin board in the lobby.
- Sign up as a team of 2 or as an individual and we will put you together with a teammate.
- Competitors will receive a free CFN T-Shirt designed specifically for this competition. Include your shirt size on the sign up sheet.
- DEADLINES:
- Competitors may sign up until February 7th.
- To receive a competitor t-shirt you must sign up and provide your shirt size by January 31st (This will allow usto order and receive the shirts).
Our goal is to make this competition an annual event. The two winning teams will have their picture immortalized on the new CFN Wall of Victory.
