5 Rounds For Time:

Run 50 yds
10 Box Jumps
10 Pull-ups
10 Wall Ball
10 Burpees

fellas: try your hardest not to actually burp when doing burpees (or any exercise for that matter), because as the ladies in the 5:30 class have informed me, that is an inappropriate action to perform while working out.
